Hypersensitivity to repaglinide or to any of the excipients listed in Description.
Diabetes mellitus type 1, C-peptide negative.
Diabetic ketoacidosis, with or without coma.
Severe hepatic function disorder.
Concomitant use of gemfibrozil (see Interactions).
