Hypersensitivity to methotrexate or any excipients of the drug.
Significantly impaired hepatic function.
Alcoholism.
Significantly impaired renal function.
Pre-existing blood disorders, such as bone marrow hypoplasia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, or significant anemia.
Severe acute or chronic infections and immunodeficiency syndromes.
Stomatitis, ulcers of the oral cavity and known active gastrointestinal ulcer disease.
Breastfeeding women.
During methotrexate therapy concurrent vaccination with live vaccines must not be carried out.
Contraindicated in pregnancy for non-oncological indications.
