This medicine should be administered with caution if patient has high blood pressure, heart disease (heart function disorder) or had just undergone a major surgery. Caution should be taken if a patient is allergic to any NSAIDs; have experienced in asthma, skin rashes, or any allergic reactions, chronic obstructive airway disease, hay fever and nasal polyps.
It is not known how this drug would affect blood coagulation and blood sugar, when taken in combination with anticoagulants and blood-sugar lowering drugs.
Patients receiving long-term treatment should be periodically screened for renal and hepatic function and blood counts. If a surgical procedure is necessary, consult with the doctor on whether to continue intake.
If diuretics are being used simultaneously, monitor content of potassium or lithium salt in blood.
Taking this medication may aggravate psychiatric disorders, epilepsy, and Parkinsonism.
Use in Children: Children under 16 years old should avoid taking this drug.
Use in the Elderly: If necessary, this medicine may be administered to the elder with caution and only under the strict supervision of a medical doctor.
