Intraocular pressure may be increased, therefore, caution is required in administering to patients with glaucoma.
Excessive dosage may produce severe headache. Lowering the dose and using analgesics will help control the headache. Discontinue the drug if blurred vision or dry mouth occurs.
Marked symptomatic orthostatic hypotension may occur. When use concomitantly with calcium channel blockers and nitrates. Dose adjustment of either agent may be necessary.
Severe hypotension may occur when alcohol and nitrates were used in combination.
