Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult & childn >12 yr 5 mL tid. Total daily dose: 15 mL. Childn 6-12 yr 5 mL bid. Total daily dose: 10 mL. Childn 2-5 yr 2.5 mL bid. Total daily dose: 5 mL. Treatment duration: Usually last for 1 wk.
