Indications/Uses
Conditions characterized by pain & inflammation eg, edema & post traumatic pain after surgical operation, acute musculoskeletal disorders (including back pain, myalgia, tenositis & tenosynovitis). Alleviates neuralgia. Relieves osteoarthritis & gout. Can be mixed w/ regular ultrasound gel during phonophoresis procedure.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Apply to the affected area tid-qid.
Contraindications
Patients who have previously exhibited hypersensitivity. Childn <14 yr, pregnant women, nursing mothers, patients w/ allergy to aspirin & other NSAIDs.
Special Precautions
Discontinue use if skin irritation develops. Do not apply to the eyes, mucosal surfaces or open skin lesions.
Adverse Reactions
Skin rashes, xerosis, urticaria, pruritus, asthma, dyspnea, & other GI reactions.
