Hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
Severe peripheral arterial circulatory disturbances.
Shock (including cardiogenic and hypovolemic shock).
Congestive heart failure.
Hypotension.
Second- or third-degree heart block.
Sick sinus syndrome.
Sinus bradycardia (<45 to 50 beats per minute).
Significant right ventricular hypertrophy.
