Special Precautions

As with any other drug, avoid its use during the 1^st trimester of pregnancy. Salbutamol and other beta agonist should be given with caution in hyperthyroidism, myocardial insufficiency, arrhythmias, susceptible to QT-interval prolongation, hypertension and diabetes mellitus.
