Gastrointestinal: Peptic ulcer accompanied by bleeding and perforation, pancreatitis, abdominal distension and ulcerative esophagitis.
Skin: Hyperpigmentation, Acne, Purpura stria and others.
Neurological: Convulsions, increased intracranial pressure with papilledema, vertigo, headache.
Endocrine: Menstrual changes, decreased carbohydrate tolerance, increased need for insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs in diabetics and others.
Eyes: Posterior subcapsular cataract, increased intraocular pressure, glaucoma and exophthalmos.
Metabolite: Negative nitrogen balance caused by protein catabolism.
