Do not take Amlodipine-Teva if patient: Is sensitive to amlodipine besilate or any of the other ingredients in the medicine; Is sensitive to any other calcium channel blockers, e.g. nifedipine, felodipine; Is pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breast-feeding; Suffers from unstable angina (excluding Prinzmetal's angina) or aortic stenosis (a narrowing of the main artery leading from the heart); Has suffered a collapse of blood circulation system (cardiogenic shock).
