Each vial of OLICOXIB contains 40 mg parecoxib as 42.36 mg parecoxib sodium. When reconstituted in sodium chloride solution (0.9% w/v), OLICOXIB Injection contains approximately 0.44 mEq of sodium per 40 mg vial. The reconstituted solution is clear and colourless with the final concentration of 20 mg/mL parecoxib.
