The following adverse reactions have been reported with the following contraindicated routes of administration: intrathecal/epidural: arachnoiditis, functional gastrointestinal disorder/bladder dysfunction, headache, meningitis, paraparesis/paraplegia, convulsions, sensory disturbances. The frequency of these adverse reactions is not known. (See Table 2.)
