Hypersensitivity to the active substance manidipine, or to other dihydropyridines or to any of the excipients listed in Description.
Paediatric age (no clinical experience).
Unstable angina or within 4 weeks of a myocardial stroke.
Untreated congestive heart failure.
Severe renal failure (creatinine clearance < 10 ml/min).
Moderate to severe hepatic failure.
