Occasional case reports suggest that Ubidecarenone may reduce the effectiveness of warfarin and coumarin anticoagulant in some patients. Large dose of vitamin E (350 mg) appear to inhibit the absorption of Bio-Quinone Q10 100 mg when the two are taken simultaneously. Bio-Quinone Q10 100 mg was not found to affect glycaemic control or insulin requirements in clinical trial with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Kidney dialysis patients do not appear to be adversely affected by Ubidecarenone supplementation.
