Dosage/Direction for Use

The normal dose for adult is 1-2 capsules daily. If two capsules are taken daily, the dose should be spread over the day (e.g. one capsule in the morning and one in the evening). In order to optimize the absorption of Ubidecarenone, it is recommended that Bio-Quinone Q10 100 mg is taken with meals. An initial dose of 2 capsules daily can be used adjuvant therapy to optimal conventional treatment. After about six months, the dose may be reduced based on monitoring of the patient's symptomatic response - to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule daily.
