White, round, film-coated tablet.

Each tablet contains 100 mg of acotiamide hydrochloride hydrate.
White to pale yellowish crystal or crystalline powder. Soluble in N,N-dimethylformamide, sparingly soluble in methanol and ethanol (99.5), slightly soluble in water, 2-propanol, and acetonitrile and very slightly soluble in acetone. Practically insoluble in ethyl acetate and hexane.
