Betahistine should not be given to patients with phaeochromocytoma.

It should be given with care to patients with asthma.
Use in Children: Betahistine is not recommended for use in children below 18 years due to insufficient data on safety and efficacy.
Verbeta-24: Verbeta-24 tablets contains Aspartame and may be harmful for people with phenylketonuria.
