These nutrients are the essential catalysts in the synthesis, degradation and utilization of carbohydrates, amino acids and fats. These are also essential for healthy blood, synthesis of hemoglobin (an oxygen containing protein which gives blood its red color) and to prevent and treat Iron deficiency anemia.
