Linagliptin + Metformin HCl (Trajenta Duo) is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus when treatment with both linagliptin and metformin is appropriate, in patients inadequately controlled on metformin alone or those already being treated and well controlled with the free combination of linagliptin and metformin.
Linagliptin + Metformin HCl (Trajenta Duo) is indicated in combination with a sulphonylurea (i.e., triple combination therapy) as an adjunct to diet and exercise in adult patients inadequately controlled on their maximal tolerated dose of metformin and a sulphonylurea.
Linagliptin + Metformin HCl (Trajenta Duo) is indicated in combination with an SGLT2 inhibitor (i.e. triple combination therapy) as an adjunct to diet and exercise in patients inadequately controlled on their maximum tolerated dose of metformin and an SGLT2 inhibitor.
