Description
Linagliptin + Metformin HCl (Trajenta Duo) film-coated tablets, 2.5 mg/500 mg are light yellow, oval, biconvex film-coated tablets. One side is debossed with the code 'D2/500', the other side is debossed with the Boehringer Ingelheim company symbol.
Linagliptin + Metformin HCl (Trajenta Duo) film-coated tablets, 2.5 mg/850 mg are light orange, oval, biconvex film-coated tablets. One side is debossed with the code 'D2/850', the other side is debossed with the Boehringer Ingelheim company symbol.
Linagliptin + Metformin HCl (Trajenta Duo) film-coated tablets, 2.5 mg/1 g are light pink, oval, biconvex film-coated tablets. One side is debossed with the code 'D2/1000', the other side is debossed with the Boehringer Ingelheim company symbol.
Each film-coated tablet contains: 1H-Purine-2,6-dione, 8-[(3R)-3-amino-1-piperidinyl]-7-(2-butyn-1-yl)-3,7-dihydro-3-methyl-1-[(4-methyl-2-quinazolinyl)methyl]-(=linagliptin) 2.5 mg and N,N-dimethylimido-dicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride (=metformin hydrochloride) 500 mg, 850 mg or 1 g.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: L-Arginine, Maize starch, Copovidone, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Magnesium stearate (E470b), Hypromellose 2910, Propylene glycol, Titanium dioxide (E171), Talc, Iron oxide red/yellow (E172).
