Contraindications

Contraindications for use in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL): Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to murine proteins, or to any of the other excipients.
Active, severe infections (see Precautions).
Patients in a severely immunocompromised state.
Contraindications for use in rheumatoid arthritis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) and pemphigus vulgaris (PV): Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to murine proteins, or to any of the other excipients.
Active, severe infections (see Precautions).
Patients in a severely immunocompromised state.
Severe heart failure (New York Heart Association Class IV) or severe, uncontrolled cardiac disease (see Precautions).
