Each capsule contains powdered dried Lagundi Leaves (Vitex negundo L.) 600 mg.
Syrup: Dark green to greenish brown homogenous liquid with menthol flavor.
Each 5 mL (teaspoonful) of syrup contains the extract from Vitex negundo L. (dried Lagundi leaves) 600 mg.

Syrup: Orally. 5 mL (1 tsp.) 3 to 4 times a day, which may be increased as needed.

Plemex For Kids: 2-4 years old (10 to 15.5 kg): ½ tsp. -1 tsp., 3 times a day.
5-6 years old (15.5 to 20 kg): 1 tsp., 3 times a day.
7-12 years old (20 to 40 kg): 1 tsp., every 4 hours.
Children over 40 kg body weight: 2 tsp., 3 times a day, or as prescribed by the physician.
Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as the patient remembers. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose.
If the patient has taken more than the recommended dosage, consult a doctor.

If the patient is allergic to Vitex negundo L. (Lagundi) plants. Safety among pregnant and lactating women has not been studied.
Do not take more than the recommended dose.
