Indications/Uses

Relief of cough due to common cold, flu & mild to moderate bronchitis; cough of bacterial origin; relief of reversible, mild to moderate bronchospasm in adult & childn w/ obstructive airway disease eg, asthma, chronic bronchitis & other broncho-pulmonary disorders.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Plemex Forte cap Adult 1 cap tid-qid. Plemex Forte syr Adult 5 mL (1 tsp) tid-qid. Plemex For Kids syr Childn >40 kg 2 tsp tid, 7-12 yr (20-40 kg) 1 tsp 4 hrly, 5-6 yr (15.5-20 kg) 1 tsp tid, 2-4 yr (10-15.5 kg) ½-1 tsp tid.

Special Precautions

Hypersensitivity to lagundi (Vitex negundo L.) plants. Pregnancy & lactation.
