Enoxaparin is contraindicated in patients with active major bleeding, in patients with thrombocytopenia associated with a positive in vitro test for antiplatelet antibody in the presence of Enoxaparin Sodium, or in patients with hypersensitivity to Enoxaparin Sodium.
