Silybin: No side effects have been reported with the recommended dose. Silybin has been shown to be well tolerated in volunteers who took oral doses of up to 360 mg three times a day for three weeks. However, episodes of severe sweating, abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and weakness may occur in hypersensitive individuals.
Phosphatidylcholine: There is no reported acute or chronic toxicity from phosphatidylcholine. Daily intakes of up to 18 grams have been generally well tolerated.
