Use in pregnancy & lactation: If there is exposure to letrozole during pregnancy, the patient should be informed of the potential hazard to the fetus as study in animals have shown embryotoxicity. Caution should also be observed in breastfeeding women.
Discontinue if tumor progression occurs.
