Indications/Uses

Used in the 1st- or 2nd-line treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It may also be given as neoadjuvant (preoperative) therapy to those with localized hormone-receptor positive disease, to allow subsequent breast-conserving surgery.
