Tamoxifen (Genzifen) should not be used in the following: Pregnancy. There have been a small number of reports of spontaneous abortions, birth defects and foetal deaths after women have taken Tamoxifen (Genzifen), although no causal relationship has been established.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance, or to any of the excipients.
