Tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride.
Description
Clear, colorless solution.
Each mL of Eye Mo Cool Red Eyes contains: Tetrahydrozoline HCl 0.5 mg with Benzalkonium Chloride 0.1 mg and L-Menthol 0.25 mg.
Action
Vasoconstrictor.
Indications/Uses
For use as conjunctival decongestant. For quick relief of eye redness and minor discomforts caused by irritants, such as dust, smog, wind, sun glare, chlorinated water, allergic reaction, prolonged exposure to contact lens.
Contains Tetrahydrozoline HCl to relieve eye redness and mild antiseptic to relieve minor eye irritation. Also contains Menthol for cool sensation.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adults and children over 6 years old: Apply 1 to 2 drops in each eye up to 3 to 4 times daily, or as prescribed by a doctor.
Overdosage
If the patient uses more than the recommended dose, seek medical advice immediately.
Contraindications
Do not take: If the patient is allergic to Tetrahydrozoline or to other ingredients such as Boric Acid and Benzalkonium Chloride.
If the patient has or had glaucoma or scratched cornea.
Special Precautions
Avoid use of soft contact lenses during ophthalmic use of this product.
Stop using the product and consult the physician: If the patient experiences eye pain, vision changes, irritation of the eyes, redness, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 3 days.
Do not use this product for more than 5 days.
Discontinue the use of this product if allergic reactions occur.
Do not use this product if solution is colored or cloudy.
Overuse of the product may produce increased redness of the eyes.
Temporary pupil dilatation may cause sensitivity to light.
To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the container to any surface.
Remove contact lenses prior to application and wait at least 15 minutes before reinsertion.

Check with the doctor before use: If the patient is pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
Adverse Reactions
When using this product the patient may experience eye irritations.
Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
