Clotrimazole is white or pale yellow, crystalline powder. Practically insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol (95%) and in methylene chloride. It has molecular formula, C22H17ClN2 and molecular weight 344.84.
Each gram contains: Clotrimazole 10 mg.
