Vitamins: Drugs with same content to avoid overdose, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticoagulants, cyclosporine, fluorouracil, insulin, phenytoin, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, methotrexate, milk, aluminum and copper preparations, phenobarbital and levodopa.
Ferrous sulfate: Antacids, chloramphenicol, levodopa, levothyroxine, penicillamine, quinolones, cefdinir, dimercaprol, Histamine H2 receptor antagonists, proton pump inhibitors, tetracycline, and dairy products.
Calcium: High sodium and high protein intake increases urinary calcium excretion; caffeine and alcohol reduce calcium absorption; calcium reduces the therapeutic effect of Calcium-channel blockers (eg. nifedipine, amlodipine); Calcium decreases absorption of quinolones, levothyroxine, phenytoin and tetracycline.
