Lanoxin Description

Tablet: Lanoxin Tablets 250 mcg are white, round, biconvex tablets, bisected and debossed "DO25" on the same side and plain on the other side. Each tablet contains 250 mcg (0.250 mg) of Digoxin BP.

PG Tablet: Lanoxin PG Tablets are blue, round, biconvex tablets, debossed "DO6" on the one side and plain on the other side. Each tablet contains 62.5 mcg (0.0625 mg) of Digoxin BP.

PG Elixir: Lanoxin PG Elixir is a clear, yellow, lime-flavoured solution containing 50 mcg (0.050 mg) Digoxin BP in each 1 ml of sweetened, aqueous-alcoholic vehicle.
Lanoxin PG Elixir contains the active ingredient Digoxin, 50 mcg in 1 ml.
Injection: Digoxin Injection 0.5 mg/2 ml is a clear and colourless liquid.
Digoxin Injection contains 0.5 mg of the active ingredient Digoxin, in a 2 ml sterile solution.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Lanoxin Tablets 250 mcg: Purified water, Magnesium Stearate, Rice Starch, Oxidised Starch, Maize Starch, Lactose Monohydrate.
Lanoxin PG Tablets 62.5 mcg: Purified water, Indigo Carmine FD & C Blue No. 2, Povidone, Magnesium Stearate, Rice Starch, Oxidised Starch, Maize Starch, Lactose Monohydrate.
PG Elixir: Propylene Glycol; Ethanol 96%; Colour Quinoline Yellow No. 10, E 104; Syrup; Citric Acid Monohydrate; Lime flavor No. 1; Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate; Anhydrous Sodium Phosphate; Purified Water.
Injection: Ethanol (96 percent), Propylene glycol, Citric acid monohydrate, Sodium phosphate dodecahydrate, Water for injections.
