Shelf Life: Unopened vials: 24 months.
After dilution: Since daratumumab solutions do not contain a preservative, unless the method of opening/dilution precludes the risk of microbial contamination, the product should be used immediately. If not used immediately, the solution may be stored in a refrigerator protected from light at 2°C-8°C (36°F-46°F) for up to 24 hours prior to use, followed by 15 hours (including infusion time) at room temperature 15°C-25°C (59°F-77°F) and room light. If stored in the refrigerator, allow the solution to come to room temperature before administration.
