How much to use: Apply undiluted to wounds, burns, cuts and bruises or areas infected by bacteria or fungi. Apply a few times a day.
If the patient does not understand the instructions on the monograph, ask a doctor or pharmacist for help.
When to use it: Use as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
How long to use it: Continue using BETADINE PVPI Antiseptic Liquid 10% w/v for as long as the doctor or pharmacist recommends.
If the patient forgets to use it: Use immediately as soon as the patient remembers. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the dose missed and apply only the next regular scheduled dose as instructed.
