Emergency treatment of acute hypertensive crisis during surgery: ANHISAN Injection is diluted with physiological salt or 5% glucose so that it becomes a solution of 0.01-0.02% Nicardipine Hydrochloride (0.1-0.2 mg/mL). The solution is given by intravenous drip infusion with a speed ranging from 2 to 10 μg/kg/minute until the desired blood pressure value is reached and adjusted for monitoring to maintain blood pressure. For rapid blood pressure reduction, ANHISAN Injection is given intact at a dose of 10 to 30 μg/kg by intravenous injection.
