Possible side effects with the use of Acetylcysteine capsules such as pyrosis, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are rare. In some cases it was reported that stomatitis, dizziness and buzzing ears (tinnitus) occurred. Sometimes after administration of Acetylcysteine capsules here are reported allergic reactions such as itching, urticaria, cutaneous eruption (exanthema, rash), difficulty of breathing (bronchospasm), rapid heartbeat and decreased blood pressure. The occurrence of bronchospasm cases in the majority of patients wish hyperreactive bronchial systems following bronchial asthma, is called "Hyper Responder" (i.e. in patients with increased sensitivity due to various stimuli).
