Store and transport refrigerated (2-8°C).
Keep vial in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
Shelf life: Vial before opening: 24 months.
After dilution: Chemical and physical in-use stability of the solution prepared for injection or infusion has been demonstrated for 48 hours at 2 - 8°C or 24 hours at 15 to 25°C when diluted to a concentration range of 0.01 mg/ml to 0.1 mg/ml in 9 mg/ml (0.9%) sodium chloride solution for infusion or in 50 mg/ml (5%) glucose solution for infusion.
From a microbiological point of view, the diluted solution should be used immediately. If not used immediately, in-use storage times and conditions prior to use are the responsibility of the user and would normally not be longer than 24 hours at 2 to 8°C, unless dilution has taken place in controlled and validated aseptic conditions.
