Acute & chronic alopecia should not be treated w/ this medicine. Not effective for all types of alopecia. Immediately stop treatment in rare cases of drop in BP, increased pulse rate or oedemas. Regular medical monitoring is required, especially at the beginning of treatment. Avoid application in case of irritation, persistent red spots, inflammation or painful scalp. Do not swallow/inhale. Rinse thoroughly w/ running water in case of accidental contact w/ eyes, wounds, or mucous membranes. Do not expose treated scalp to the sun. Do not apply w/ other dermatology products or other skin-irritating medicinal products. Contains propylene glycol & ethyl alcohol. Caution in patients w/ heart condition. Do not use during pregnancy. Avoid use during breast-feeding. 5% soln: Not recommended in women, due to risk of hypertrichosis in areas remote from application sites.
