Each tablet contains 10 mg of vitamin B1, 2 mg of vitamin B6, 25 mg of nicotinamide, 5 mg of vitamin B2 and 5 mcg of vitamin B12.
As food/dietary supplement.
12 years old to adult: 1 to 2 tablets to be taken two times daily.
Adverse effects arising from overdosage is remote, as these are water-soluble vitamins, they are not stored in any significant extent in the body. Any excess are readily excreted.
It is contraindicated in patients who are sensitive to any of its components.
This product is not intended for treatment of pernicious anaemia or other megaloblastic anaemias where vitamin B12 is deficient. Neurologic involvement may develop or progress, receive supplemental folic acid and who are inadequately treated with vitamin B12. This product is not intended for treatment of severe specific deficiency. Pyridoxine may decrease the efficacy of levodopa in the treatment of parkinsonism. Therefore it should be used with caution in patients undergoing such therapy.
All the vitamins are generally very well tolerated. However, allergic and idiosyncratic reactions have been reported with specific vitamins.
Store at temperature below 25°C. Protect from light.
