Patients with Disease Progression
Consider expert referral in patients with frequent eruptions, severe disease, or concomitant atopic dermatitis. Further investigation of trigger factors may be warranted. Patch test may be done to relevant suspected chemicals and reconfirm source of allergens.
Patients in Disease Remission
Avoidance of trigger factors is recommended.
