Overdosage

In the event of overdose, toxicity is likely to manifest as exacerbation of the adverse reactions associated with ivosidenib (see Adverse Reactions). Patients should be closely monitored and provided with appropriate supportive care (see Dosage & Administration and Precautions). There is no specific antidote for ivosidenib overdose.
