Prothromplex Storage

Store in a refrigerator (2°C to 8°C). Do not freeze.
Store in the original package in order to protect from light.
For storage conditions after reconstitution of the medicinal product, see Shelf-life as follows.
Shelf-life: 3 years.
Within the stated shelf life, the product can be stored at room temperature (max. 25°C) for one period of up to six months. The beginning and end of storage at room temperature should be recorded on the package. After storage at room temperature, Prothromplex TOTAL 600 IU must not be returned to the refrigerator (2°C to 8°C) but must be used within six months or be disposed of.
The chemical and physical in-use stability has been demonstrated for three hours at 20 - 25°C.
From a microbiological point of view, Prothromplex TOTAL 600 IU should be used immediately after reconstitution since the preparation does not contain any preservatives. If not used immediately, in-use storage times and conditions prior to use are the responsibility of the user. The ready-to-use solution must not be returned to the refrigerator.
