Dosage/Direction for Use

Adult: The initial dose is 50 to 100 mcg daily before breakfast increased by increments of 25 to 50 mcg every 2 to 4 weeks until the thyroid deficiency is corrected and a maintenance dose is established. The maintenance dose is between 100 to 200 mcg daily.
