Pemexed 500 is a white to either light-yellow or green-yellow lyophilized powder available in sterile single-use vials containing 500 mg pemetrexed.
Each vial contains 551.45 mg of pemetrexed disodium (equivalent to pemetrexed 500 mg).
After reconstitution (see Special precautions for disposal and other handling under Cautions for Usage), each vial contains 25 mg/ml of pemetrexed.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Mannitol, Water for Injection, Sodium hydroxide, Hydrochloric acid.
