Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the pemetrexed or to any of the excipients listed in Description.
Breast-feeding must be discontinued during pemetrexed therapy (see Use in Pregnancy & Lactation).
Concomitant yellow fever vaccine (see Interactions).
