Concomitant use with simvastatin >40 mg daily (see Dosage & Administration, Precautions, and Interactions).
Nexlizet coadministered with a statin is contraindicated in patients with active liver disease or unexplained persistent elevations in serum transaminases.
When Nexlizet is coadministered with a statin, refer to the summary of product characteristics (SmPC) for that particular statin therapy.
