There have been isolated reports of intolerance reactions to dexpanthenol. Allergic skin reactions to topical dexpanthenol-containing preparations has been reported. Hypersensitive reaction may occur following dexpanthenol topical administration. It is unknown whether this drug can harm the developing fetus.
