Store Infasurf (calfactant) Endotracheopulmonary instillation, suspension at refrigerated temperature 2° to 8°C (36° to 46°F) and protect from light. Vials are for single use only. After opening, discard unused drug.
Unopened, unused vials of Infasurf that have warmed to room temperature can be returned to refrigerated storage within 24 hours for future use. Repeated warming to room temperature should be avoided.
Shelf-life: 18 months.
