Lactobacillus acidophilus 100 million viable cells, estriol 0.03 mg

Indications/Uses

Restoration of Lactobacillus flora after local &/or systemic treatment w/ anti-infective or chemotherapeutics. Atrophic vaginitis due to estrogen deficiency during menopause & post-menopause, or as co-medication to systemic HRT. Vag discharge of unknown origin or mild to intermediate cases of bacterial vaginosis & candidiasis.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Insert deeply into the vagina in the evening. Restoration therapy, vag discharge of unknown origin, mild to intermediate vag infections 1-2 vag tab daily for 6-12 days. Atrophic vaginitis 1 vag tab daily for 6-12 days, followed by maintenance dose of 1 vag tab at 1-2 days/wk.

Overdosage

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Malignant changes (estrogen-dependent tumors) in breast, uterus or vagina; suspected or manifested endometriosis; vag hemorrhage of unknown origin. Young females who have not reached sexual maturity.

Special Precautions
