Indications/Uses

Resp disorders characterized by excessive or viscous mucus (eg, acute, chronic & asthmatic bronchitis, bronchiectasis & emphysema). Flemex Adjunctive therapy in otitis, sinusitis, nasopharyngitis, tubal otorrhea & in reducing hypersecretion prior to surgery.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Flemex tab Adult 2 tab tid. May reduce to 1 tab tid once satisfactory response is obtained. Flemex syr Adult 15 mL tid. Childn 5-12 yr 5 mL tid, 2-5 yr 1.25-2.5 mL qid. Flemex Kids Childn 2-5 yr 5 mL once daily or bid, <2 yr 2.5 mL once daily or bid.

Overdosage

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Active peptic ulcer.
